Application Instructions for Transfers and Patches
Glitter HTV Transfers
1) Using heat tape, place design sticky side down and glossy/glitter side up towards you
2) Press at 300 for 15-20 seconds with medium pressure
3)Let cool! For 20-30 seconds then slowly peel off the carrier sheet. If the vinyl is not sticking completely, you can repeat press over areas that may need it.
**Patchable and can be layered or heat pressed repeatedly. Can press onto hats, beanies, bags, etc.
TIP: Use a silicon or teflon protective mat over design before pressing to prevent creasing! If using silicon mat, increase pressing time.
Embroidered & Sublimation Patches
1.) Remove wax backing if sublimation patch
2.) Secure patch onto hat using heat tape and lay down protective barrier such as silicon sheet to prevent unwanted creasing
3.) Press at 300-315 degrees with medium pressure for 25-30 seconds
4.) Let cool for about 15-30 seconds then remove heat tape
Heat Transfer Patches
1.) Keeping the top clear carrier sheet intact, place transfer on hat and secure with heat tape
2.) Press only 3-5 seconds with medium pressure at 280 degrees
3.)Let cool 10-15 seconds and gently/slowly peel away the carrier sheet. Some slight texture from glitter underneath may show through once pressed but not really noticeable.
**Not recommended to patch directly over it, as heat or transfer tape can damage the image
**Not recommended for layering
Metallic Puff HTV Transfers
REQUIRES 2-PRESS APPLICATION**
1.) Place transfer on hat with sticky side down and glossy side up. Secure with heat transfer tape .
2.) Press for 3 seconds with firm pressure at 300 degrees
3.) Let cool for about 10 seconds and peel the top clear carrier sheet
4.)Press again without the carrier sheet for 7 seconds to allow the puff action to occur
-Do not recommend layering on top of other designs
-Do not recommend pressing more than once or the puff will decrease
